We approached a number of PR agencies before choosing to work with Black Letter Communications to launch Passle to the legal market. We felt it was the agency that best demonstrated a real grasp of the law and knew exactly where in the media we could get heard. The team challenged us hard to make sure we had the strongest story possible, pushing back on how it should be presented. Ultimately it was their counsel that made the launch a real success, resulting in strong legal and national coverage and in excess of 70 leads. We were so pleased with the results that we recently instructed Black Letter again to carry out another lead generation project and again received strong results, generating almost 50 leads. Out of all our marketing spend, our PR launch and follow-up was one of the most easily measured and led directly to sales. We’re very happy with the results.
